Chapter 3 for “Rules of Origin”. This section explains how goods qualify as being of New Zealand Origin.

Annex 3A RCEP Product Specific Rules Listing of the  Product Specific Rules (PSR) of Origin for goods under the RCEP

 

FOB Value:

For exports with Origin Criterion “RVC”,  the exporter is required to declare the FOB value in Box 12 of the RCEP Certificate of Origin

Exports with 3rd Party Invoicing:

Reference: Chapter 3, Article 3.20

Applicants of RCEP Certificates of Origin in New Zealand for 3rd Party scenarios should:

  • Tick "Third Party Invoicing" in Box 17 and provide: 
  • Name and Country of the company issuing the invoice (3rd Party) in Box 14
  • Number and date of the invoice (issued by the named 3rd Party) in Box 13
